Terms of Service

By using Pawpress you agree to these terms. The short version: your content is yours, you're responsible for what you post, don't try to break things, and remember this is a beta.

What Pawpress is

Pawpress publishes the posts you compose to the social media accounts you connect. It's currently an invite-only beta: features may change, things may occasionally break, and we may add or remove supported platforms as we go. Pawpress is free during the beta — if that ever changes, we'll tell you clearly beforehand.

Your account

You sign in with Google and you're responsible for keeping that account secure. You must be at least 13 years old. During the beta, access is by invite, and we may decline or revoke beta access at our discretion.

Your content

Everything you post through Pawpress is yours — we claim no ownership. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service: showing you previews, applying the crops and format conversions you choose, and delivering posts to the platforms you pick.

You're responsible for what you post. That means you have the rights to the content you publish, and it complies with the law and with each platform's own rules. If a platform rejects or removes a post, that's between you and the platform.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Pawpress — and attempting any of the following counts the same as doing it:

• Publishing content that's unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Using Pawpress to spam — flooding platforms with automated or repetitive posts.
• Probing, bypassing, or interfering with security measures, rate limits, or storage quotas.
• Uploading files outside the app's normal upload flow, or otherwise gaming our storage.
• Disrupting the service or trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Impersonating others, or reselling access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do any of this. Automated abuse protections may also act on their own — if you think one caught you unfairly, get in touch.

Connected platforms

The platforms you connect (Instagram, Twitter / X, Bluesky, and so on) are third-party services with their own terms, which you're responsible for following. By connecting an account you authorize Pawpress to publish to it on your behalf. Platforms change their APIs, rules, and limits without warning — publishing can fail for reasons outside our control, and when it does, we show you what happened in the app.

Availability

Pawpress is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to publish your posts exactly on schedule, but scheduled publishing is best-effort — please don't rely on Pawpress alone for anything critical or time-sensitive.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawpress isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost followers, or missed opportunities — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months, which during the free beta is nothing.

Ending things

You can stop using Pawpress at any time, and delete your data by following the steps in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms, or wind down the beta — if we do, we'll give as much notice as we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and flag significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use Pawpress after a change means you accept the new terms.
